Records smashed at Whitefish Bay

I have not done a good job at keeping the reports updated over the past month or so but I have a good one from this past weekend.  Two major Sunset Country records were smashed over the weekend.

On day one, Matt Rydberg and Brian McNanney brought in a five fish limit that weighed in at 25.00 pounds, way bigger than any other bag I have ever heard of.

On day two, the eventual tournament winners, Darren and Ray Marcine of Kenora brought in a 7 pound, 10 ounce donkey that anchored their bag.  This fish was huge and may be the biggest bass ever weighed in at a Canadian bass tournament.

Enjoy the photos.

Hi, there, my is Daniel White and I was the way master at the whitefish bay bass tournament. the team that won the tournament had a 20. lbs even the first day and all they needed was 17 plus lbs, but they came in with another 20 plus lbs with a a total wieght of 41.14 lbs, which they took home the $2400.00 top prize, on top of $400.00 the big bass of the day honors of 7.10 lb. We to see more teams and bigger prize money
