Ice fishing action!!!
Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00AM Prior to attending the Mid-Canada Boat Show in Winnipeg over the weekend, I spent quite a bit of time on the ice. Action was okay but it will really start to heat up as we get deeper into March!
Walleye action has been good late in the day on 1/4 oz Buck-Shot Rattle Spoons and Macho Minnow Spoons tipped with a minnow head.
Pike have been coming on Big-Tooth rigs tipped with large Ciscos. (Harlan Kruid)

Lake trout have been being caught on Northland Slurpies Jigging Tubes and the new 4 inch Slurpies Minnow rigged on a 3/8 Northland Thumper Jig. (Kyle Moore)
